What we do know though, is that there are some adjustments to the balance of the game and several fixes to the overall gameplay experience. There are some general changes that have been made to the game, and in typical Nintendo fashion, we weren’t provided with any details regarding what those changes are exactly. Last but not least, some of the preferred rules for Quickplay have been adjusted. Go to Amiibo and you can send your FPs on a journey to train and become stronger by using the internet. This new feature can be accessed, like the VR mode, from the Games and More section of the home screen. In addition, there is a new feature for the FP Amiibo fighters in which you can train them. Online Changesįigure Players (FPs) can now be used in Battle Arenas in online multiplayer, which utilizes the Amiibos that you collect in the real world and scan into your game. Unfortunately, this is a single player experience only, including locally. In there, you will find this new VR mode so that you can play the game and certain things using the VR headset.
In order to use this new mode, what you need to do is equip the goggles, go into your game, and then from the lobby go to the Games and More section. The big change here is the addition of a new VR mode that players with the Toy-Con VR Goggles can now use.
